One of the key production locations was Kitopi, one of the largest hospitality technology companies in the Middle East.
Founded in Dubai in 2018, Kitopi has rapidly expanded across the GCC and now operates more than 200 locations, manages over 100 restaurant brands, and employs more than 6,000 people representing over 60 nationalities.
In 2025, Kitopi announced that its kitchens had produced more than 50 million meals in a single year, demonstrating the incredible scale of its operations.
Filming inside Kitopi presented a unique challenge.
Production couldn’t interfere with service.
Every chef continued working.
Orders continued leaving the kitchen.
Nothing was staged.
Our team documented Rational cooking systems operating exactly as they do during normal production—capturing real workflows, real chefs, and real service under real pressure.

Calo — Technology Meets Healthy Food Production
Another important part of the project was filmed inside Calo, one of the GCC’s fastest-growing healthy meal subscription companies.
Calo has built its reputation around technology, nutrition, and operational efficiency, producing thousands of healthy meals every day for customers across the Gulf region.
Large-scale meal production depends on precision and consistency.
Every recipe must be repeatable.
Cooking temperatures must remain accurate.
Preparation times must be predictable.

Rather than focusing solely on the equipment itself, we filmed the entire workflow—from ingredient preparation and cooking to plating, packaging, and final quality control—showing how intelligent cooking systems become part of a modern production process.
Dash Group — Professional Hospitality Operations
Our production also took place inside facilities operated by Dash Group, a hospitality company managing multiple restaurant concepts within the UAE.
Unlike traditional promotional videos, this project focused on documenting genuine kitchen operations.
Busy chefs.
Constant movement.
Multiple cooking stations.
Real service.
Instead of creating perfect conditions for filming, we adapted to the rhythm of the kitchen while capturing cinematic visuals that reflected the speed and professionalism of commercial food production.
