During the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, we partnered with Toyota UAE to produce strategic video content that reinforced the brand’s values of reliability, safety, and customer care. When in-person interactions were limited and customer confidence was shaken, video became an essential tool to communicate Toyota’s unwavering commitment to service excellence.
As Toyota expanded its range of digital services — from mobile maintenance bookings to smart service tracking — we developed 2D animated videos that explained these innovations clearly and engagingly. Our role involved working closely with creative teams to craft animations that were visually dynamic, informative, and perfectly aligned with Toyota’s brand identity.
These animations were used across Toyota’s social media channels, internal training sessions, and customer education campaigns, playing a key role in promoting user-friendly service adoption.
